Return Request Process

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Refund processing time:

    • PayPal: 3–5 business days

    • Stripe: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is returned in used or incomplete condition

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible.
